Terms and ConditionsTerms and conditions Orders Products are only available for purchase through this website. All orders which are accepted by us shall be subject to these conditions and no contract shall be deemed to be in place until we accept your order. An order will not be accepted until your credit/charge/debit card or pay-pal payment has been processed. Your payment will not be processed until we can verify that your order can be fulfilled. You will then receive email confirmation that your order is being processed. In the event of any of our goods being for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the goods from sale prior to dispatch. All goods for sale are new and supplied with the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us if you have any pre-sales questions or need any further information. Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order please contact us a soon as possible either by phone or by email. If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it immediately and refund your payment. If your order has been dispatched, please return it (at your cost, see returns) within 7 working days. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total of the goods (subject to condition of goods, see returns) back to you. Postage and insurance are non refundable. Shipping Items which are in stock will be dispatched within 3 business days. Due to high demand or specialty of some products, items not in stock will be dispatched within 7 business days from receipt of order. Delivery charges are as follows: UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish islands) Under £5.00 = £1.95 Under £15.00 = £3.95 Under £25.00 = £4.95 Under £50.00 = £5.95 All orders above £75.00 will be dispatched free of charge to UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish islands) All orders will require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods, otherwise the courier will leave a card with instructions for another delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions. Please contact us for overseas deliveries Returns If you are unhappy with your goods you must return them within 7 business days from receipt of the goods fro a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for goods that show evidence of either being worn or used. Return shipping costs will only be refunded where we have sent wrong goods in error. If you send a product back for exchange, you will be charged for the return shipping. If the goods are defective on receipt, please contact us either by phone or email as soon as possible. Any defective goods will be replaced. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund. Any defective goods within the 12 month warranty period must be sent to the address shown on the contacts page. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace or return the goods to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault. For all returning goods please include a cover note with your name, address, contact details and order number explaining what action you require us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged securely using the original packaging if possible. Also try and use a reputable courier that provides adequate insurance for the goods. The responsibility of the goods remains with you until one of our staff has signed for the goods.
